In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account and use the Platform. Where the applicable operator or license jurisdiction specifies a higher minimum age, that higher minimum applies. pak735 maintains a strict adults-only policy and implements age-verification controls as part of the KYC process.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the required minimum age, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued by an underage user shall be forfeited.
You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak735 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether individually or in concert with others, is strictly prohibited and shall be treated as a material breach of these Terms, subject to account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account: (a) employees, contractors and agents of pak735 or its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform; (d) persons who have been prohibited from gambling by a competent authority or court order.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
pak735 requires all Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:
pak735 may request additional documentation — including proof of address, proof of payment method and source-of-funds documentation — at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pak735 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Accepted payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. The availability of specific methods — including but not limited to mobile wallets and bank transfers — may vary and is subject to change. Pakistan-familiar payment rail names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not constitute a representation that those providers permit gambling transactions or that they are affiliated with pak735.
You must only deposit funds using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier. pak735 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. Users are responsible for verifying any fees with their payment provider prior to initiating a transaction.
Currency: Transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the PKR cashier is available. Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and any conversion fees will be disclosed at checkout.
Withdrawals are only processed upon successful completion of KYC verification. You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
pak735 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting loopholes in promotional terms, operating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or participating in collusive or coordinated bonus exploitation.

pak735 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including prior to confirmation. A bet is only confirmed when a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed on markets subsequently declared void or suspended will be refunded to the User's account balance.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data-feed failure that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or incorrectly settled bets, pak735 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Winnings arising from obvious errors will not be honoured. pak735 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly and promptly.
pak735 takes betting integrity seriously. Bets placed on events where evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing or suspicious price movements exists may be voided pending investigation. pak735 may report suspicious betting patterns to relevant sporting authorities at its discretion.
In-play odds are dynamic and change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed with a bet reference number, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movement. There is no guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for any particular duration. Network delays may affect the timing of bet placement and acceptance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale or any commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of pak735.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak735 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
pak735 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data or goodwill; (c) losses arising from third-party actions including payment-provider failures, network interruptions or regulatory changes; (d) technical failures, errors or maintenance downtime.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pak735 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via account notification or email with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice where operationally practicable. Non-material amendments take effect upon posting on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak735 is licensed to operate. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection or gambling-related provisions under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pak735 does not claim to be regulated by any Pakistani authority and makes no representation about the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law.
